Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of bridal and special occasion items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages and issues 

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect (wrong style/size/color), please contact us within 【48】hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video (including packaging).
After review, we will provide a resolution at our discretion: replacement, store credit, or refund only if replacement is not available.
